*Please note we are using a different butcher for this harvest; the pickup will be in Taylorsville, NC.  Butcher pricing is comparable to past bulk purchases*

*Also note: this harvest is earlier than we would prefer, but all that was available in 2021 so the quarter yields will be smaller than typical*

We anticipate quarters will be available for pickup at the butcher the week of May 24th (barring a processing bottleneck). When we receive your deposit, we will confirm.  Once beef is harvested, we will communicate balance due and pickup availability via email.
